Click on 'Apply' button to find out more.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and goal-driven Externship Development Representatives to help grow and manage our externship site network. You will be responsible for identifying and establishing new clinical partnerships that provide diverse and valuable opportunities for our students.This role is critical to ensuring we have the capacity to support our growing student base with quality externship placements. You will be the front line of outreach and relationship-building, ensuring our clinical partners are aligned with Stepful’s mission and standards.This is a part-time contracted position - We are looking to hire someone looking to work 20 hours a week, Monday through Friday (typically between 9 AM – 6 PM ET).• Identify and reach out to potential externship partner sites, introducing Stepful and establishing new partnerships.• Maintain accurate records in internal dashboards and CRM systems, tracking site outreach, agreement status, and partnership details.• Act as the primary point of contact for potential partner sites, addressing questions and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.• Build and maintain strong relationships with externship sites by understanding their capacity, preferences, and placement processes.Qualifications• 1+ years of experience in outreach, partnership development, account coordination, or a similar role focused on external communications.• Comfortable doing cold outreach and building relationships over phone and email.• Self-motivated/driven, able to quickly learn and jump into the role.• Strong communication skills and high attention to detail.Requirements• A reliable computer that can handle multi-tasking among many online tools and video-conferencing software.• High-speed internet.• A quiet, professional workspace.Company DescriptionStepful is reimagining allied healthcare training by offering affordable, online, instructor-led, and AI-supported programs that help learners—especially those from underserved communities—launch high-demand healthcare careers.In addition to our direct-to-consumer training, Stepful partners with leading healthcare institutions to build talent pipelines and address the growing shortage of allied health workers.
