The successful candidate will be responsible for further developing the eCommerce strategy, annual budget, and business KPIs with a strong focus on revenue, margin, and inventory goals. This role requires a leader who can provide ongoing analysis and reporting, set and monitor merchandising KPIs, and stay abreast of the latest eCommerce technologies and trends. The Head of eCommerce will also be tasked with evaluating brand campaigns, overseeing the performance of both paid and organic traffic sources, and maximizing web usability and consumer engagement. Strong leadership, development, and supervision of the eCommerce staff are essential, as is the ability to partner with retail merchandising and operations teams to manage inventory health.Applicants for the Head of eCommerce position at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' hands-on eCommerce experience, with a proven track record of business success. Multi-channel retail experience is a plus. The role requires a candidate with at least 3 years' experience in leading a team and a background in hiring and developing high-performance teams. Experience with eCommerce systems such as Salesforce commerce cloud, Hybris, Magento, or similar is necessary, and project management experience through platform changes and technology integrations is a plus.
