This is a strategic role that also requires rolling up your sleeves and driving execution.This role will be based remotely with anticipated visits to our LA office.What You’ll DonResponsibilities• Create, optimize, and personalize web onboarding funnels to achieve growth objectives at scale through rapid, iterative testing• Diagnose bottlenecks across the funnel and guide prioritization• Run monetisation experiments, pricing, upsells, and initiatives to increase LTV• Monitor and analyse KPIs, translating hands-on data analysis into actionable insights and impactful initiatives• Build consistent frameworks, metrics, reporting, processes, and measurement systems for growth efforts and experiments• Partner with UA and the marketing team to drive growth through channel optimisation and holistic user flowsWhat drives success for this role• 2+ years in product growth, with emphasis on conversion optimisation and onboarding funnels, ideally in a B2C startup• Proven expertise in designing, running, and analysing A/B tests to improve conversion, engagement, and retention• Customer-centric mindset with a sharp focus on commercial metrics• Strong experience with data-driven experimentation; hands-on familiarity with web onboarding tools is a plus• Track record of working effectively with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver growth outcomes• Ability to prioritise ruthlessly and deliver high impact quickly• Data-driven, insight-led, and experimentation-focused mindset• Intellectual honesty, always striving to improve and learn• Resourceful, optimistic, tenacious, confident, and full of energy• Self-starter, forward-thinking, innovative, and comfortable owning big responsibilities• Ambitious, results-driven with a bias to action.
