Company DescriptionAyobody is a fast-growing digital nutrition and wellness company dedicated to helping people worldwide live healthier lives.Job DescriptionAs a Graphic Design Intern, you will design high-quality visual assets for our online health programs and social channels. You’ll turn evidence-informed wellness concepts into clear, attractive worksheets, handbooks, and short-form content. In this role, you will be able to challenge yourself to master Figma, HeyGen, and many new AI tools. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to ship on-brand, production-ready assets weekly.1) Wellness Program Materials• Design and iterate worksheets, handbooks, checklists, and slide handouts for member programs.• Build and maintain a Figma component library (styles, grids, typography, icons) for consistent output.• Prepare export-ready files: print/PDF, mobile-friendly versions, and accessible layouts (readability, contrast).• Version-control and organize files in shared drives; document naming conventions and handoff notes.2) Social Content Design• Storyboard and design Reels/shorts packages: covers, lower-thirds, frames, on-screen prompts, and end cards.• Create reusable templates for series (educational tips, day-by-day challenges, testimonials).• Use AI-enabled tools for video, photo and avatar generation.3) Video Editing for Member Content• Edit short educational clips for member modules in Descript.• Organize footage, proxies, and exports; maintain a clip library for reuse.4) Optional: Web/UI Design• Translate brand system into web sections/components in Figma and Framer.5) Project Management & Ways of Working• Track tasks and deadlines in ClickUp keep a clear weekly deliverables list.• Maintain a consistent, distraction-free remote setup.
