Responsible for answering inquiries and questions, handling complaints, troubleshooting problems and providing information for patients/customersEssential Duties and Responsibilities• Review and manage patient results from various laboratory tests and imaging studies• Communicate results to patients, clearly explain findings, and assist in developing updated care plans• Address patient questions and concerns related to after-visit care, both over the phone and through electronic inquiries• Respond to escalated patient concerns and inquiries in a timely and compassionate manner• Identify and prioritize patient needs, resolving any issues or complaints related to their visit• Conduct outreach to patients for follow-up care and ensure continuity of treatment• Log Employer Success Account Results and update any screening documentation.• Oversee and Instruct GoFollow RNs regarding lab management.• Change/Add Prescriptions, Referrals, Lab Orders• Log Lab Errors and Xray Discrepancies Gas part of Quality Improvement Program.• All other duties as assigned.Qualifications• Graduate from and accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.• 3-5+ years of clinical practice experience required in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, and/or Family Medicine.• Experienced in communicating lab/imaging results to patients with clarity and sensitivity• Current, Unrestricted Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License in Pennsylvania (WV license required within 4 months of hire).• Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)• Board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)• Proficiency in relevant computer applications Microsoft Teams/Excel/Word• Proficiency or willingness to quickly learn Epic Electronic Medical Records / Epic InBasket Management• Strong typing skills (WPM Speed / Accuracy)• Demonstrates strong attention to detail, using experience and sound judgment to manage a variety of tasks effectively• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills• Treats all individuals with fairness and respect, showing sensitivity to cultural and social differences• Meets required language proficiency standards• Knowledge of administration and clerical processes• Knowledge of call center telephony and technology• Ability to remain in a seated and/or stationary position for extended periods of time in a remote work environment• Reliable internet connection and private workspaceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Collaboration: Takes ownership for collectively establishing productive partnerships and relationships and seek to gain joint understanding of priorities and objectives so that the greater good of the organization and those we serve is always at the forefront.• Innovation: Consistently uses good judgment, applying creativity to overcome obstacles and increasing effectiveness and efficiency though process and other forms of innovation.• Diversity and Inclusion: Fosters diversity and inclusion, to be able to better understand team members, our customers and partners.
