The Global Senior CRM Administrator will lead a team responsible for overall Salesforce system administration, ongoing development, and the implementation of new initiatives that support our overall CRM strategy.The Global Senior CRM Administrator is responsible for driving operational excellence, stability, and scalability by applying best practices related to change control, data governance, release management, and knowledge management. This individual serves as the subject matter expert for all things pertaining to Salesforce and will partner with multiple lines of business including Sales, Client Services, Information Solutions, Media, and Marketing.A member of the CRM Solutions team, reporting to the VP, Global Business Development Solutions, the Global Senior CRM Administrator will have two direct reports and opportunities to collaborate with Active’s Information Solutions team made up of data scientists, analysts, and data strategy / ETL professionals. The ideal candidate is also an excellent problem solver with a successful track record of managing projects and leading a growing a team.ResponsibilitiesManage a team responsible for the administration of Active’s Salesforce CRM system including day-to-day change management, ongoing projects focused on continuity and innovation, and opportunities and risks identification.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with end users and business leaders at varying levels.Manage complex Salesforce sharing rules, approval processes and assignment rules, to route and control visibility and approvals.Maintain Validation Rules, Flows, Triggers, Visualforce, and Apex coding for better efficiency, overall platform performance and improved user experience.Administer CRM governance in accordance with national/international privacy acts/laws.Understand all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities.Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.Manage integrated applications including Conga X-Author for Excel.Create and maintain solution design documents, workflow diagrams, knowledge articles, technical specifications, and other documentation that support and explain technical solutions and business processes.Provide data governance best practices for maintaining high levels of data quality. Conduct advanced data cleansing and standardization.Partner with the team to identify platform and functional opportunities and facilitate major improvements to processes and systems. Assist in customization and management of major interface changes.Find and evaluate new tools on AppExchange based on business needs as they arise.Contribute to projects managed by the VP, Global Business Development Solutions.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesManage and mentor a team consisting of CRM Admins and a CRM Coordinator.The salary for this position may range between $95,000-150,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. Salesforce Certified Administrator is mandatory.Experience successfully managing a team.Self-motivated with strong communication, interpersonal and organization skills.Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and provide a high-level of customer service.Previous experience working with multiple business units and verticals, including sales, marketing, and operations.Although most of our user base is in the US EST time zone, must be available to work flexible work hours, as needed, to accommodate needs of our global user base.Experience creating technical documentation to support new build/releases.Experience using data management tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, Demand Tools, and Informatica.Working knowledge and use of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Forensics, Nielsen Ad Intel, and additional CRM tools.Additional Salesforce certifications e.g. Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder.
