Overview:The Global R2P Design Lead – Buying Experience and Compliance plays a pivotal role in PepsiCo’s first-of-its-kind end-to-end R2P transformation, impacting $70B+ in spend, 100M+ suppliers, and over 200M transactions across 50,000+ users. This role is responsible for the strategic design and global governance of an intuitive, scalable, and compliant buying channel framework that supports all procurement categories—including Direct, Indirect, and Contract Manufacturing. The leader will assess current processes and tools, close capability gaps, and implement improvements that elevate the user experience, drive policy compliance, and align with broader category and compliance strategies.Responsibilities:• Working with Procurement closely will play a pivot role for designing a buying channel framework that aligns category strategies with guided rules to drive users toward preferred and compliant choices (both direct and indirect purchases).• Responsible for developing standardized processes for spend compliance across categories, ensuring consistency in policies, controls, and Reporting (including the framework for tail spend (e.g., guidelines for supplier consolidation, expanding the scope to MRO))• Responsible for implementing a digital front door for business to engage procurement on sourcing, contracts, and supplier onboarding requests.• Accountable for defining and designing catalog structures, including categorization, taxonomy, and supplier content standards• Works closely with R2P Digital Lead to ensure that industry best practice IT solutions are used in the process designCompensation and Benefits:• The expected compensation range for this position is between $125,900 - $249,900.• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
