You'll work remotely to guide clients in implementing care plans developed through advanced lab testing, wearable data, clinical recommendations, and AI analysis - offering support across nutrition, supplementation, sleep, stress, and other key health pillars.This is an opportunity to be part of a mission-led, tech-enabled team transforming how modern wellness care is delivered.Key Responsibilities• Deliver (primarily) quarterly virtual coaching sessions focused on translating lab results, wearable data, and care plan recommendations into actionable lifestyle changes• Guide clients in behavior change strategies across nutrition, supplementation, sleep, stress, lifestyle, and habit formation• Collaborate closely with Geviti's clinical team and AI tools to provide personalized, effective, and safe protocols• Track client progress and maintain documentation in the Geviti platform• Provide in-app messaging support between coaching sessions to encourage accountability and engagement• Stay current on trends in functional medicine, longevity, supplementation, and integrative health• Foster client relationships that drive satisfaction, retention, and measurable health outcomesRequired Qualifications• Credentialed health coach (NBC-HWC, FMCHC, IIN, or equivalent required)• 2+ years of coaching experience in a functional, integrative, or performance-focused setting• Strong understanding of functional lab testing (especially blood panels) and relevant lifestyle interventions• Deep familiarity with intentional supplementation, peptides, and hormone optimization• Comfortable working in a remote, digital-first environment using virtual communication tools• Passion for biohacking, longevity science, preventative health, and behavior change coaching• Exceptional communication, empathy, and motivational interviewing skills• Ability to support a diverse range of clients - including high performers, athletes, and those new to wellnessWhy Join Geviti?• Work remotely with flexible scheduling• Join a mission-led team shaping the future of healthcare• Be part of an innovative, fast-paced organization at the intersection of tech and medicine• Competitive compensation and opportunities for growth• Collaborate with a seasoned medical leadership team and tech-savvy operatorsEmployment Type: FULL_TIME
