Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced YouTube Optimization Coordinator with strong attention to detail to handle day-to-day operations for client and company owned YouTube channels.Successful applicants have a passion for YouTube, growing engaged organic audiences, and can handle juggling multiple projects on any given day. They ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, the ability to operate independently, organize their time to ensure internal and external deadlines are met, maintain clear communication with multiple teams, and the follow-through necessary to position all video releases for success.This position is freelance and will report directly into the SVP of Strategy & Audience Development.Key Responsibilities• Run the day-to-day operation across multiple YouTube channels.• Manage content schedules and track content production to ensure deadlines are met.• Upload content, ensuring channels adhere to YouTube best practices.• Collect assets for thumbnails and oversee design requests.• Monitor daily video performance.
