Creating a career you love? It’s Possible.We’re looking for a Project Manager to support Revenue Controllership across Revenue Accounting and Revenue Operations. You’ll drive projects of varying sizes across the end‑to‑end revenue lifecycle, translating business needs into clear requirements while partnering with operational and technical teams to deliver durable outcomes. This isn’t a generalist project management role—you’ll go deep in Order to Cash areas so you can speak for revenue stakeholders while connecting business, data and systems. You’ll work across multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑moving environment. We value calm, structured execution, clear communication and a bias for learning as we raise the quality bar together.What you’ll do:• Own end‑to‑end project management from intake through launch for revenue initiatives across customer onboarding, order management, incentives, billing, revenue accounting, technical revenue accounting, deal desk, collections, reporting and product/pricing• Run structured intake, clarify problem statements and draft requirements with requestors and cross‑functional partners• Map current to future state processes, document impacted systems and data flows and perform fit‑gap against business requirements• Review IT solution designs, align scope and timelines and ensure traceability from requirements to test cases and outcomes• Lead UAT planning and execution, coordinate change management and training and drive launch communications and status updates• Build project metrics and benefits tracking so teams can measure impact and learn over time• Act as a day‑to‑day liaison with Revenue Controllership, RevOps, IT/FinSys, Sales, Product, Legal, Marketing, FP&A and Internal Audit to unblock decisions and keep work moving• Contribute to a healthy project portfolio by surfacing risks, dependencies and tradeoffs early• Monitor System health through understanding critical system defects each month and facilitate retrospectives with business and IT• Lead/support the build out of our in-house data analytics capabilities in transformation while supporting adhoc data requests from Revenue OrgWhat we’re looking for:• 5+ years experience leading end to end transformation in the revenue / Order to Cash domain• Hands‑on SQL experience and ability to write and run queries for validation, analysis and metrics• A growth mindset with the ability to learn complex processes and systems quickly, turn ambiguity into clear plans and hold a high standard for outcomes• Working knowledge of CRM and ERP platforms and how they enable revenue processes. Experience building systems and functionality from the ground up are a significant plus• Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements• Experience reading solution design docs and performing fit‑gap to business requirements• Experience planning and running UAT, and coordinating change management, training and communications• Strong stakeholder management and communication across finance, operations, product and Eng• Comfort documenting and communicating processes, data sources and flows• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field such as accounting, Business, Investment, Finance or data analyticsRelocation Statement:• This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
