This role requires a unique combination of finance expertise, legal consolidation experience, and project management skills to deliver large-scale transformation projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end finance transformation projects, including ERP consolidation, process standardization, and legal entity consolidation.• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and IT teams to design and implement scalable financial and compliance frameworks.• Ensure alignment with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements during legal and financial consolidation.• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.• Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives across multiple business units. Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).• 8+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting roles, with at least 3 years in finance transformation or legal entity consolidation projects.• Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) and financial process optimization.• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-entity projects in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
