As a key member of our customer service and account recovery team, you will be responsible for handling customer calls, resolving account issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients and their customers. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.Key Responsibilities• Initiate or handle calls with customers by phone, providing exceptional service and resolving account issues in a timely and professional manner.• Help customers improve their financial position by understanding their situation, responding with empathy, and creating solutions that meet their needs.• Determine the reason for delinquency to secure payment while building rapport with customers.• Educate customers on account terms and alternate payment programs and methods.• Negotiate and offer solutions for repayment that best suits the consumer and the business.• Balance scripted conversation with natural rapport, and provide accurate and detailed documentation of account to ensure proper follow-up.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and a drug screen.• Ability to reliably work a base schedule of Monday-Friday (8am to 5pm) during Training, and after Training, Monday-Friday (8am to 9pm, or 9am to 6pm), with occasional Saturday shifts (9am - 1pm) may be required.• High school diploma or GED.• Proficiency with Windows and moderate typing skills.• Ability to think critically and problem solve, quickly learn new things, and have a strong individual drive and competition or achievement driven.Preferred QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications:• Previous experience in customer service or account recovery.• Knowledge of financial services and account management.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.• Basic math skills and ability to accurately calculate payments and fees.Skills and CompetenciesTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies:• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve account issues in a timely and professional manner.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.• Ability to think critically and problem solve, with a focus on finding solutions that meet the needs of customers and the business.• Basic math skills and ability to accurately calculate payments and fees.• Proficiency with Windows and moderate typing skills.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsWe are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for career growth and development.
