You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, conducting surveys, and gathering information from clients and their customers. You'll also be required to work on multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities* Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare and government clients via phone, email, and other communication channels* Conduct surveys and gather information from clients and their customers* Handle inbound and outbound calls, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing information* Work on multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives* Maintain accurate records and reports, including call logs and customer information* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledgeMinimum Required Qualifications* Basic computer skills, including:+ Personal Computer with Windows 10 (or higher) and antivirus protection, and Windows Firewall; or Mac with Apple OS X 10.13+ and antivirus protection+ Internet connection (Upload/Download speeds of 25 Mbps or higher)+ Smartphone or Tablet with a camera capable of reading a QR code for 2-factor authentication+ Administrative privileges to download software required* Must be a resident of Texas* Minimum typing skill of 18 wpm* Ability to clearly speak, read, and write English is required* Engaging, conversational tone and ability to establish rapport quickly with each individual* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional active listening skills* Ability to learn and use multiple computer programs* Ability to adapt voice tone, pace, volume, enunciation, and patience, to meet the needs of each call* Be polite, professional, and courteous.
