As a key member of our production team, you'll be responsible for assembling high-quality Roller Shades, using hand or power tools based on drawings and work instructions. Your attention to detail, ability to work efficiently, and commitment to quality will ensure that our products meet the highest standards.Key Responsibilities• Assemble Roller Shades using hand or power tools, following drawings and work instructions to achieve on-time delivery schedules.• Fitting and installing hardware or fabric materials to frame and brackets, locating and positioning material as required.• Inspect completed products for quality, accuracy, and record quantity of items assembled, bringing defects or problems to the attention of your supervisor.• Participate in continuous improvement projects by recognizing and sharing suggestions on areas of improvement.Characteristics and Responsibilities• Foster and maintain positive working relations by demonstrating a professional and positive work ethic.• Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and multitasking to maximize efficiency without sacrificing customer satisfaction and accuracy.• Have excellent attendance to support production schedules.• Perform other various duties as assigned to support the organization.Work Environment and Physical DemandsThis role operates in a manufacturing environment, and you'll be exposed to airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations. You'll be required to stand, walk, use steps, use hands to fingers, reach with hands, and perform repetitive bending and squatting.
