As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn about our data, products, and services, ensuring that our clients and third-party vendors receive clean, improved, segmented, and ready-to-market data. Your primary focus will be on improving quality, understanding requirements, and tackling issues with a focus on maintaining a seamless process flow. You will also analyze, solve problems, and modify/change processes and data to ensure efficient delivery of services to Acxiom clients.Internship Details• This internship opportunity will begin on May 19, 2025, and is open to remote and local candidates.• You will be expected to work 40 hours/week during the summer and breaks, and 20-29 hours/week during the semester.• The anticipated graduation date for this internship is between May 2026 and December 2026.• Applicants for this internship position with Acxiom in the U.S. must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Acxiom.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Summer Intern - Delivery Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:• Learning to effectively work through issue resolution, which may include tool errors that require escalation and data integrity issues.• Developing an understanding of established procedures and project requirements.• Accurately auditing and validating source data, data formatting specifications, and output requirements according to specifications, ensuring zero defects.• Learning and using standard tools, products, and platforms for processing files.• Ensuring the delivery of accurate output information to clients or their vendors.• Applying transfer mechanisms to move data to appropriate platforms.• Investigating potential processing efficiencies and redundancies.• Identifying, recommending, and documenting code changes or making appropriate code changes.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• To be pursuing a degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business Data Analytics, or a related field.• Strong problem-solving skills with solid attention to detail.• The ability to multi-task and prioritize daily responsibilities.• Effective communication skills.• Demonstrable skill with Microsoft Office applications.• An interest in learning about the Marketing Technology industry.• Exposure to SQL and programming languages.Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following qualifications will set you apart as a candidate:• A grasp of relational database design.• Working knowledge (understanding of syntax) of Unix, SQL/PL-SQL, Perl, Shell Scripting, and Campaign Management Tools.Who We Are SeekingWe are looking for top talent and high performers who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
