Your primary responsibility will be to educate customers and trade professionals on how to join and utilize the platform operated by Ace Reference. You will also facilitate the onboarding process for service professionals, ensuring they have all the necessary trade licenses required by Ace Reference and understand the guidelines expected of Ace Reference Specialist providers. Additionally, you will work closely with customers to resolve issues that may arise during the course of a project.Key Responsibilities• Provide exceptional customer and expert trade organization (Ace) client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems.• Document customer interactions using online software tools, ensuring end-to-end support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional trade organizations and customers.• Review applications and documentation submitted by prospective Ace clients, verifying accuracy and legitimacy before permitting application acceptance.• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.• Stay up-to-date with Ace Reference systems, policies, and procedures, applying this knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and trade professional onboarding.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and have at least 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably with Ace Reference or a similar organization. You must be 18 years old or older and legally authorized to work in the US.
