Your primary focus will be on building long-lasting relationships with clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and presenting tailored financial solutions. You'll leverage your natural sales ability, combined with a genuine passion for helping people, to make a tangible and lasting impact on our clients' lives.• Conduct virtual appointments with clients to understand their financial goals and objectives• Develop and present personalized financial plans, leveraging your expertise and our robust tools and resources• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing guidance and support• Identify new growth opportunities and present tailored financial solutions to clients• Collaborate with our team of virtual advisors, sharing best practices and expertise to drive collective success• Utilize our CRM system, Salesforce, to manage client interactions and track sales performanceEssential Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:• Currently hold a Securities Series 7 license• Positive, energetic, and results-driven, with a strong passion for helping people achieve their financial goals• Collaborative and team-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients• College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial planning and consultative sales models• Ability to pass a background check (criminal and financial)• Eligibility to be securities registered and insurance licensed in all 50 statesPreferred Qualifications and ExperienceWhile not required, the following preferred qualifications and experience will be advantageous in this role:• Previous experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and financial planning software• Experience with consultative sales models and strategies• Strong understanding of investment products and services, including securities and insurance• Previous experience working in a virtual or remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectivelyCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Thrivent, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
