If you are a motivated and experienced training professional with a passion for adult learning and a knack for creating interactive and informative training content, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Key Responsibilities• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids, to support the learning needs of employees, customers, and partners.• Conduct virtual training sessions for various audiences, including teachers, administrators, existing employees, customers, and partners, to ensure they have a deep understanding of our products, features, and functionalities.• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and insights needed to create effective training content.• Continuously assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.• Stay up-to-date on product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to ensure training content remains current and relevant.• Provide ongoing support and guidance to all stakeholders by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and addressing training-related inquiries.• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote adoption and usage of our products and services.• Maintain training documentation, records, and materials in an organized and accessible manner.• Support initiatives to increase engagement with products and platforms, such as designing and facilitating new user trainings.• Attend all meetings pertaining to product and platform functionality and/or enhancements and assist in cross-training internal team members.• Continuously learn about new and enhanced Stride products and platforms to become proficient and incorporate updates and enhancements into your skill set.Essential Qualifications• Two (2) to five (5) years of related experience in talent development, educational training, or a related position.• Understanding of effective training methodologies and a true passion for working with adult learners.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web applications.• Ability to clear required background check.Preferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in education or a similar field of study.• Professional Training Certification.• Instructional Design Certification.• Experience with design tools, such as Canva.Skills and Competencies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong instructional design and delivery skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and web applications.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Stride, Inc., we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
