Your primary responsibilities will include:• Designing and planning kitchen and bath projects, taking into account customer needs, preferences, and budgets• Conducting virtual consultations with customers to discuss their project requirements and provide expert advice and guidance• Creating detailed designs, plans, and specifications for kitchen and bath projects, using specialized software and tools• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including sales teams and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution• Supporting In Stock initiatives in our stores, including managing sample and brochure inventory, and restocking as needed• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may ariseIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from simple renovations to complex new builds.
