As an Inventory Control Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing inventory tasks while maintaining a clean, orderly, and professional environment. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and contributing to a dynamic team.Key Responsibilities:• Purchasing and receiving inventory, tracking and reconciling inventory balances, and performing replenishment tasks under the direction of your supervisor.• Managing returned goods according to standard operating procedures, monitoring product trends and shortages, and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.• Ensuring pharmacy pick stations are properly stocked with medication and supplies, and maintaining dispensing and back stock refrigerators in an organized manner.• Providing Operations Assistants with adequate packing supplies and ensuring pack stations are stocked appropriately.• Monitoring and pulling short-dated or expired products from active inventory, and filing inventory and SOX documentation.• Assisting with other duties as assigned and contributing to the team's overall objectives.Essential Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:• At least 1 year of professional work experience in a warehouse, purchasing, and/or inventory environment.• The ability to lift 50 lbs or more, as this role can be physically demanding and requires sitting, standing, pulling, pushing, reaching, stretching, and walking for multiple hours a day.• A verifiable High School diploma or GED.Preferred Qualifications:While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:• Prior experience with SAP Warehouse Management (WM) software.• A Pharmacy Technician License, which must be obtained within 3 months of hire.Skills and Competencies:To excel in this role, you will need to possess:• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems and software.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:At CVS Health, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
