You'll work closely with our team to maintain a positive and engaging online environment, responding to user inquiries, and addressing concerns in a fair and timely manner.Key Responsibilities• Monitoring Online Chat Rooms and Forums: Regularly monitor user activity, identify potential issues, and utilize monitoring tools to track user behavior.• Enforcing Community Guidelines: Familiarize yourself with our community guidelines and policies, and enforce them consistently and fairly. Use tact, diplomacy, and excellent communication skills to address user concerns and resolve issues.• Responding to User Inquiries and Concerns: Provide accurate and helpful information regarding our platform's features, policies, and technical issues. Respond promptly to user inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.• Documenting User Interactions and Maintaining Records: Keep detailed records of user interactions, including issues or incidents that occur on our platform.
