Respond to general inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide information on our services and products.*Data Entry: Update and maintain customer call data, including updating and acting on customer care logs and all customer profile pages.*Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including profile creation and updating, filing, information access, and document creation.*Ticket Management: Produce and improve customer support concern tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.*Mail Preparation: Assist in the preparation of all mail related to the customer support process and handle exclusive administrative tasks, including word-processing, data entry, and web research.*Front Desk Management: Handle the provider's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all guests, suppliers, customers, project candidates, and consumers.
