Your key responsibilities will include:• Conducting customer satisfaction tracking data analysis to identify trends and drivers of customer loyalty• Designing and implementing ad-hoc research studies to meet the needs of internal customers, including online surveys, airport intercepts, usability studies, and focus groups• Developing and maintaining dashboards and analytical reports to present key insights and recommendations to leadership and internal customers• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate multiple sources of customer interaction data and provide a holistic view of the customer experience• Managing study vendors and ensuring that all research projects are conducted in accordance with our holistic approachEssential Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, business, or social sciences• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, customer research, or a related field• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to executive-level audiences• Experience with data analysis software, such as SPSS, and online survey tools, such as Qualtrics or Medallia• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPreferred Qualifications and SkillsWhile not required, the following qualifications and skills are preferred:• A Master's degree in marketing, marketing research, or social sciences• Experience with feedback management systems and moderator experience• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data visualization tools• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and prioritiesCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt American Airlines, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
