As a Remote Customer Service Representative for Delta Airlines, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, resolving issues, and meeting their expectations. Key Responsibilities Technical Understanding and Issue Resolution: Maintain a deep understanding of technical issues affecting Delta's customer product lines and coordinate containment and rectification plans to resolve problems efficiently. In-Administration Client Connections: Proactively engage with clients to advance the in-administration execution of products and manage performance of contractual commitments to meet or exceed customer expectations. Client Activities and Expectations: Direct and drive client activities through MRO Administration Delivery Association and specialty unit partners to meet key account contract expectations. Performance Metrics and Business Reviews: Create, manage, and deliver client performance metrics, coordinate/seat client business reviews through balanced scorecards, as required. Specialized Product Offering Capability: Stay up-to-date with technical product offerings through continuous training, ensuring that internal specialty unit partners clearly understand technical aspects of account contracts and key expectations. Project Support and Collaboration: Assist with assigned parts of projects, including business targets, data gathering and processing, driving strategies, final calculations, detailed sets of results, and insightful metrics. Collaborate with colleagues and peers, and engage with external partners to provide semi-routine data connected with assigned tasks. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A strong background in customer service, preferably in the aviation or healthcare industries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders. Technical understanding and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services. Analytical and data analysis skills, with experience working with metrics and performance data. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a strong self-motivation and discipline. Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms, including CRM software and other customer service technologies. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with Delta Airlines or other major airlines. Knowledge of MRO Administration Delivery Association and specialty unit partners. Familiarity with probability models, machine learning, data mining, pattern recognition, data visualization, predictive analytics, data warehousing, and artificial intelligence.
