You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, troubleshoot, and resolve issues will be essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work remotely from your home office, providing support for a wide range of Apple products, including iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, and more.
