Our team is dedicated to shaping academic continuity processes and plans, as well as planning innovative teaching, learning, and mentoring initiatives.Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis (10 hours per week). As a key member of the CTLM team, you will provide administrative and organizational support for CTLM programs, collaborate with student, faculty, and staff teams, and contribute to the development of ideas, systems, and structure for our programs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a team that is passionate about making a tangible difference in the lives of our students and community.Key Responsibilities• Maintain calendar, shared drive, and room reservations to ensure seamless day-to-day operations• Attend fellow and admin team meetings upon request, taking notes and tracking tasks in Asana to ensure effective communication and follow-up• Assist with maintaining records and annual reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail• Create and administer feedback forms for programs and events, helping to evaluate and improve our services• Order catering and supplies as needed for Center events, ensuring that all logistical arrangements are in place• Assist with prep and follow-up for Center events as needed, providing exceptional support to our team• Create flyers and other materials using Canva, showcasing our programs and services in a visually appealing way• Order printing and check mailroom for packages, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficientlyEssential Qualifications• Bachelor's degree preferred, with a strong commitment to equity and anti-racism on individual and institutional levels• Explicit and demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity in all its forms, with a willingness to actively engage in conversations regarding equity and inclusion• Strong writing skills and communications instincts, with the ability to effectively communicate across various departments of the university• Attention to organization and detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and tasks• Proficiency with using Google Suite, Asana (or any other project management software), and a positive attitude, strong work ethic, flexibility, and cooperative spiritPreferred Qualifications• Experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education setting• Knowledge of event planning and management, with the ability to coordinate logistics and arrangements• Familiarity with design software, such as Canva, and the ability to create visually appealing materials• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, and the ability to track tasks and follow up on progressCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Arcadia University, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
