This role is pivotal in ensuring the adoption and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our logistics operations, specifically within our last mile delivery arm. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality control, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an ACES Process Manager at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:• Being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all operational processes, providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the organization.• Leading process integration efforts at our Delivery Stations (DS), ensuring seamless adoption of SOPs and identifying opportunities for improvement.• Driving Continuous Improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma tools, such as Kaizens and Root Cause Analysis, to eliminate defects and deviations.• Owning and managing change on a granular level, ensuring that all changes are thoroughly assessed, implemented, and monitored.• Performing audits to ensure continuous SOP adoption and identifying areas for improvement, working closely with teams both Under the Roof (UTR) and On the Road (OTR).• Collaborating with various teams, including Station Ops, Last Mile team/Delivery Service Providers (DSP), Learning, Finance, HR, and Loss Prevention, to gain insights into bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.• Ensuring that we are always delivering the best possible service to our customers, by making data-driven decisions and using KPIs to measure performance.A Day in the LifeA typical day as an ACES Process Manager at blithequark will involve working closely with all teams to offer support and expertise, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving change.
