As a Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, interacting with customers, and developing strong patient relationships. You will also be responsible for using pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager.Key Responsibilities• Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, under direct supervision, in accordance with state, federal, and company policies and procedures• Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other duties as assigned• Develop strong relationships with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer issues• Model and provide a unique and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits and company service characteristics• Perform duties as assigned by the Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager, including utilizing pharmacy systems, filling prescriptions, and maintaining inventory• Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company rules and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and quality improvement• Strictly adhere to the blithequark Policy regarding faithful dispensing during all applicable prescription dispensing activitiesEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
