As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing measurement and analytical support for our Contact Centers and pre-arrival commerce operations. Your expertise in data analysis, forecasting, and statistical modeling will help drive business decisions and optimize our virtual and contact center channels to enhance guest satisfaction and commercial outcomes.Key Responsibilities• Conduct forecasting, ad-hoc modeling, and deep-dive analysis to inform business decisions and drive outcomes• Monitor agent performance, identify areas requiring further research, and conduct personal analyses from start to finish• Build presentations and visualizations to tell compelling stories with data and present findings to Senior Leadership and business partners• Create, maintain, audit, and optimize reports and documents used to support various business applications• Execute programs critical to business operations under strict timelines and collaborate with team members, leaders, and business partners to respond to business questions with sound quantitative analyses and reproducible resultsEssential QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical function. You should be familiar with forecasting techniques, including traditional statistical methods and/or machine learning or deep learning approaches. Strong attention to detail, proactive interest in understanding performance and decisions, and effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) are essential.Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, we prefer candidates with solid knowledge of statistical inference and proven experience in applying statistical rigor to analyses. Familiarity with data visualization best practices and experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, are also desirable.
