As a key member of our sales team, you'll work on defined campaigns to assist Aetna Medicare members in finding the appropriate Aetna Medicare coverage options. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing business segment and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our members.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct compliant presentations throughout the sales process to educate existing Medicare members on available plan offerings.• Acquire new members on available Medicare products via inbound and outbound campaigns, utilizing defined trainings, processes, and scripting.• Assess customer needs by asking questions and demonstrating superior listening skills during all sales presentations.• Service existing members and address inquiries related to utilization of their product, benefits, and more.• Cross-sell applicable products to existing members, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.• Maintain high compliance commitment and standards, with a robust knowledge of CMS and state regulations.• Multitask effectively while interacting with prospects and members via phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.• Participate in internal monitoring audits and coaching feedback sessions to review schedule adherence, quality, selling skills, and compliance.• Capture relevant information in our Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) to ensure accurate record-keeping.• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.Accountabilities:• Meet sales goals, conversion rates, and other acquisition metrics as outlined in the annual performance plan.• Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance at all times, upholding the values of CVS Health.• Ensure new member acquisition meets organizational thresholds in relation to retention, cancellations, and rapid disenrollments.• Adhere to call center quality audit programs, striving for excellence in every customer interaction.• Drive highest levels of member satisfaction, as measured by various member surveys and member retention rates.• Develop an expert-level understanding of products, services, and processes offered by the company, staying up-to-date on the latest developments.• Demonstrate an expert-level knowledge of MAPD/DSNP product offerings, enabling you to effectively educate and advise members.Required Qualifications:• 1 to 2 years of demonstrated sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry.• Active health insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire date or within two attempts.• Ability to obtain release, if contracted with another firm/carrier (if applicable).• Active use of computer for carrying out daily job activities, with proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.• Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to effectively interact with prospects and members via phone.• Self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to control emotions when dealing with unhappy customers.• Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-pressure, achievement-oriented environment.Preferred Qualifications:• 1 to 2 years of Medicare sales experience, with a proven track record of success.• Medicare call center experience, with a deep understanding of the industry and its regulations.• High School Diploma or GED, with a strong educational foundation.What We Offer:At CVS Health, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that's designed to support your overall well-being.
