As a Marketing Operations Intern, you'll work closely with our Marketing Operations team to support digital marketing efforts, project management, and marketing technology operations. You'll gain hands-on experience in email marketing, website management, project coordination, and marketing automation systems. This role is designed for individuals interested in developing their skills in marketing technology, project management, and digital marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities• Email Marketing: Assist with the coordination of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and event communications. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and refine email strategies to boost engagement and lead generation. Analyze email performance metrics to help optimize future campaigns.• Website Operations & SEO: Help maintain the company's website by managing assets in the WordPress CMS. Assist in updating website content and optimizing internal linking, title tags, meta tags, and images to improve SEO performance. Coordinate with design and content teams to prioritize website updates.• Marketing Operations & Project Management: Support the planning and management of marketing projects to ensure they're on track and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with the team to manage marketing operations in platforms such as Workfront.• Lead Generation and CRM Management: Assist with lead management and tracking, ensuring accurate data entry and maintenance of leads. Help manage marketing automation tools like Salesforce and Pardot, ensuring seamless CRM operations and integration. Support the maintenance and organization of the marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and proper entry of new leads. Assist in monitoring database performance metrics to ensure optimal lead management and reporting.QualificationsWe're looking for individuals who are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. You should have an interest in digital marketing, project management, and marketing technologies. Basic knowledge of email marketing, SEO, or marketing automation is a plus.
