You will assist the Center Director in administering student assessments, developing student learning plans, and managing the educational progress of our enrolled students. You will also be responsible for sales responsibilities, including responding to leads and enrolling students, as well as providing exceptional customer service to families. Additionally, you will lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting and mentor and support employee development.Key Responsibilities* Assist the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans* Support sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students* Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress* Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting* Manage students' learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions* Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff* Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices* Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes* Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment* Assist with administrative tasks as neededQualifications* Passion for math and working with students* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills* Eagerness to learn and be trained* Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities* Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I* Proficiency in computer skills* All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background checkWhy Work with UsAt Mathnasium of Paoli, we are passionate about both our students and our employees.
