This critical role will be instrumental in driving a category-leading approach to student outcome measurement, sitting at the intersection of education and economic mobility. The successful candidate will lead the development of field-leading impact measurement models, leveraging both market data and key Guild data to measure Guild's outcomes and impact on student economic mobility.Key Responsibilities• Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive approach to student outcome measurement, focusing on the intersection of education and economic mobility.• Lead the creation of impact measurement models that utilize market data and Guild data to assess the company's outcomes and impact on student economic mobility.• Develop and maintain critical market data and insights on key categories of adult-serving education and upskilling providers, including degree, non-degree, and short-form programs.• Gather and analyze data to effectively benchmark learner outcomes across a wide variety of program categories, from short-form certificates and foundational learning programs to associate's, bachelor's, and master's degrees.• Conduct quantitative research on the relationship between education and career advancement, the economic value of education, and the drivers of student success.• Design compelling data visualizations and data-driven storytelling that communicate key insights and trends related to impact and quality.• Develop relationships with external partners in academia and public policy, strengthening the methodological rigor of our data and analysis through engagement with technical advisors.• Manage projects that involve collaborating with a wide range of cross-functional peers and partners.Essential Qualifications• 7+ years of experience in research, analytics, or evaluation roles within the education, workforce development, or other relevant sectors.• Experience with and knowledge of federal/state higher education datasets, workforce data, and/or non-traditional learning provider data.• Strong analytical skills coupled with domain expertise and familiarity with policy issues related to Higher Education accountability, transparency, and innovation.• Extreme comfort presenting to and interacting with executive leaders.• Demonstrated expertise in using data to tell compelling stories and inform key business decisions that translate to improved student outcomes.• Ability to serve as a strong project manager and technical mentor around technical and analytical workstreams, as well as roll up your sleeves and drive analysis, perform data QC, and refine data presentations.• Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools such as Looker is a plus.Preferred Qualifications• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as education, economics, statistics, or public policy.• Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including educators, policymakers, and industry leaders.• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.• Strong understanding of the education technology landscape and trends in adult education and workforce development.Skills and Competencies• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and quality in work products.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Guild Education, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
