Our team is passionate about what we do, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join our journey.Key Responsibilities• Collaborate directly with the sales team to design Magna5 solutions that meet client needs, acting as the technical subject matter expert on customer calls and solutions presentations.• Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as a liaison between the sales/business development and engineering teams throughout the pre-sales process until a deal is closed.• Scope technical solutions to meet customer requirements, assess customer needs, and recommend Magna5 solutions to optimize value.• Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and technical engineering teams to align the solution design with client requirements.• Provide coaching to team members and sales associates to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.• Monitor technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process to identify potential risks of deal closure.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:• Some network experience is preferred, but not required.• A minimum of 5 years of IT engineering or sales engineer experience, with a focus on designing, implementing, and managing complex IT solutions, systems, or services.• A strong understanding of IT infrastructure technology best practice standards and the ability to communicate this knowledge effectively.• A history of working in a team-oriented setting, with excellent collaboration and communication skills.• Professional level engineering certifications equivalent to VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, or Cisco CCNP are highly valued.• The ability to present, demo, design, and review proposed Magna5 solutions with clients, as well as act as a liaison between multiple product teams to design and sell Magna5 solutions.Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:• Experience working with managed IT services, cybersecurity, cloud hosting, backup and disaster recovery, and other advanced IT services.• Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and the Internet of Things (IoT).• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.• A strong track record of success in a sales engineering or IT solutions role, with a proven ability to drive sales growth and expand existing customer relationships.Skills and CompetenciesTo excel in this position, you should possess:• Strong technical skills, with the ability to design and implement complex IT solutions.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.• A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
