This position will focus on supporting the delivery of business applications projects and enhancements, following SDLC and Agile principles. The successful candidate will adhere to the company's security policy, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about IT and business applications to gain hands-on experience and make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative environment.Key Responsibilities• Partner with Project Management to support the delivery of critical IT projects, including system enhancements, operational improvements, and new system rollouts.• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders to document business requirements, system improvements, and functional design for ERP process solutions.• Work closely with IT Team management to perform process assessments and implement process improvements.• Partner with IT process owners to define and benchmark operational KPIs and support the delivery of KPI dashboards.• Define and support User Acceptance Testing and User Training.Essential QualificationsTo be considered for this role, candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (such as MIS, IT, business/computer science, and/or Accounting) and graduating between December 2025 and May 2026. The ideal candidate will have a desire to learn IT Business applications support, administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments. A solid technical background with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience is essential, as well as a customer-service-oriented approach with a problem-solving attitude.
