We are now seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team and contribute to the implementation and integration of SailPoint solutions.About the RoleAs an IAM Developer at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within SailPoint. You will work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your expertise in IAM solutions, SailPoint implementation, and strong IAM domain knowledge will be essential in implementing JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows, and WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors to customize software onboarding.Key Responsibilities:• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within SailPoint• Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain knowledge, design, and maintenance expertise• Develop and implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements• Utilize WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors to customize software onboarding• Collaborate with global-class software and platform teams to design software integrations• Troubleshoot and manage IAM solutions in an enterprise environmentEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have:• Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation• Experience with trade deployment/release management• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mindset• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area (Option 1)• Alternatively, 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company (Option 2)Preferred QualificationsWhile not required, the following qualifications are preferred:• Experience with SailPoint implementation and strong IAM domain knowledge• Expertise in designing and implementing software integrations• Knowledge of cloud transformation and digital risk management• Experience working in a hybrid environment with a mix of on-site and remote workSkills and CompetenciesTo excel in this role, you should possess:• Strong technical skills in IAM solutions, SailPoint implementation, and software development• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills• Effective communication and collaboration skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standardsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
