We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Training Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional training experiences for our clients.About the RoleWe're on the lookout for an AT&T wireless and internet Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our crew. If you're passionate about AT&T wireless and internet, and have a knack for breaking down complex ideas into engaging training experiences, then we'd love to hear from you! As a Training Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering training materials for sales associates on AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes. Your expertise will be the driving force behind our clients' success, and we're excited to have you on board.Key Responsibilities• Develop and deliver training materials for sales associates on AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes• Design and develop clear, engaging, and aesthetically formatted courses that align with organizational goals and partner requests• Choose delivery methods (e.g., online, in-person) and schedule sessions to meet client needs• Deliver sales training presentations/courses for sales reps in a retail sales environment• Communicate effectively with all levels of employees, from entry-level agents to C-level executives, both inside and outside our organization• Stay up-to-date with AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes to ensure expertise and accuracy in training materials• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training materials and processesEssential Qualifications• Minimum 3 years of presentation and training curriculum development specifically related to wireless (cellular), high-speed internet, and/or consumer electronics sales experience• Wireless and fiber broadband internet knowledge (AT&T preferred)• Strong writing and speaking skills for retailer sales audiences• Ability to break down complex ideas and scenarios into engaging training experiences• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesPreferred Qualifications• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a related field (e.g., Communications, English, Theater/Performance Arts, Business, or Marketing)• Cloud-based content storage, organization, and file-sharing expertise• Adobe Creative Suite, LMS, and general audio/video editing software experience• Valid passport and ability to travel (estimated 1-3 times per quarter)Skills and CompetenciesTo succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills and competencies, including:• Strong technical knowledge of AT&T Wireless products, services, and processes• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to design and develop engaging training materials• Strong presentation and public speaking skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsWe're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
