We work closely with various stakeholders to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be an integral part of this team, supporting the analysis and reporting of financial data.Key Responsibilities* Analyze and report on financial data, including vendor rebate income, to identify trends and opportunities for growth* Develop and maintain scorecards and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive normalization and process improvement initiatives* Support external audits and reviews, including investigating issues and providing recommendations for improvement* Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify insights and trends in rebate rate drifts* Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions* Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business growth and improvementEssential Qualifications* 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field, including experience in data analysis and reporting* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field* High proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and functions* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw insights from large datasets* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and independencePreferred Qualifications* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI* Knowledge of programming languages, such as SAS or SQL* Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello* Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends* Experience working in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and disciplineWhat We Offer* Competitive hourly rate of $25-$35 per hour* Flexible remote work arrangement, with the ability to work from anywhere* Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs* Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and communication* Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off and holidays, including vacation and sick leaveHow to ApplyIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance and data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
