You will be the first point of contact for patients, answering calls, and providing information and support as needed. You will also be responsible for documenting call information, assisting patients with appointments, and leaving messages for physicians. This is a part-time position, working 30-32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm EST.Responsibilities* Screen and route patient calls in a timely and efficient manner* Assist patients with appointments, answering questions and providing information as needed* Document call information accurately and thoroughly* Leave messages for physicians as needed* Provide exceptional customer service and patient care through our remote call center* Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with heavy inbound phone volume* Utilize multiple windows on computer to manage calls and patient information* Maintain a quiet and distraction-free work environmentIdeal CandidateWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in medical terminology and experience working in a call center environment.
