As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for promoting C4 Energy products in new and existing Convenience Store accounts, working closely with our distributor partners to drive sales growth and expand our brand presence in the market. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional products and services to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesAs our C4 Energy Convenience Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:* Introducing and selling C4 Energy products and product expansions to local convenience stores* Utilizing all company tools and assets to open new convenience accounts and expand existing ones* Setting up and maintaining proper POS materials in your accounts* Following a daily route of accounts to ensure timely and effective sales calls* Tracking and reviewing account wins to discuss with distributor leadership teams* Collecting orders from accounts visited and submitting to local distributors* Tracking your progress in stores through our CRM tool, currently Repsly* Conducting business reviews with distributor leadership teams* Supporting both our distributors, national & regional chain accounts* Adhering to the administrative duties of the positionKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)Your goals and KPIs will be focused around:* New accounts opened and existing accounts expanded* Sales growth and revenue targets* Customer satisfaction and retention rates* Product placement and distribution expansionWhat We're Looking ForWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the beverage industry.
