As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our sales pipeline. You'll work closely with our Account Executives to identify customer needs and clearly convey the value of our products, using a well-defined methodology that fuels our continued success. This is a phenomenal opportunity for a high-energy, motivated, and organized team player who is passionate about transformation and innovation.Responsibilities• Clearly articulate PagerDuty's business value proposition to assess buying interest and demonstrate passion about transformation and innovation.• Conduct account development best practices and strategically target commercial and enterprise accounts, leveraging phone, email, video, and social technologies.• Develop and leverage discovery processes in conversations with Mid to C-Level suites.• Proficiently utilize Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Zoominfo to drive sales success.• Demonstrate consistent record of achieving sales goals.Key QualificationsWe're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in sales and a passion for digital operations management. The ideal candidate will have:• A BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.• 0-3 years of prior sales experience, preferably in a SaaS company.• Experience using a CRM (preferably Salesforce).• Permanent location within the Toronto metropolitan area and ability to commit to hybrid/in-office presence.• Permanent, unrestricted work authorization in Canada.Preferred QualificationsWe're looking for a candidate with a strong background in sales development and a passion for digital operations management.
