We're a company that values steady growth, continuous learning, and making a lasting impact.The RoleAs an Experienced Full Stack Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for creating a strong pipeline of qualified accounts for MixRank's data products. You will report directly to the BDR Manager and work closely with the sales team to engage with prospects and customers, helping them understand the value of MixRank data products, educating them on potential use cases, and eventually moving them along to a product demo.Key Responsibilities* Generate a pipeline of $500k ARR in SQLs by successfully booking meetings on the AE's calendar* Use chatGPT or any other AI assistant to understand the target account's product and figure out how MixRank can help them* Use LinkedIn SalesNav and other sales tools to find the right decision-makers* Crafting beautiful outreach highlighting the target account's product challenges and how MixRank's data products can help them* Staying in the loop on trends within the SaaS industry and discovering new accounts that can benefit from using MixRank's data product* Meticulously update and maintain our CRM, recognizing its critical role as our primary data source* Share insights and best practices with teammates, contributing to scaling our sales effortsEssential Qualifications* Experience in writing hyper-personalized emails and experimenting with video, voice-note, etc. to stand out in the prospect's inbox* Understanding of the underlying problem that a company is trying to solve and the ability to use it in crafting personalized outreach* Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, and cloud data storage* Proficiency with sales tools such as Clay, SmartLead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator* Ability to prospect independently while also collaborating effectively with your team members to learn what's working for them* Highly motivated self-starter with the resilience to handle rejections and the persistence to follow up meticulously* Coachable and eager to learn, ready to absorb knowledge from experienced team members and apply it to your work* Long-term thinker, excited about growing with MixRank and contributing to our sustained successPreferred Qualifications* Experience in sales and business development, preferably in the data-driven solutions industry* Familiarity with MixRank's data products and services* Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and its trends* Experience with AI sales tools and chatbots* Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat We Offer* 100% Remote Work: We trust you to manage your time effectively.
