About the RoleAre you a highly skilled and motivated individual with a passion for technology and security? Do you have experience with access control systems and a strong understanding of network security principles? We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Brivo Enterprise System Administrator to join our team in a remote work environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a difference every day and be part of a global network of humanitarian organizations.ResponsibilitiesAs a Full Stack Brivo Enterprise System Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:• System Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Brivo Enterprise-edition access control system, including working with regions and assigned vendors on new installations to ensure uniformity and compliance to internal best practices.• User Administration: Manage individual facility door/group assignments and user accounts, including creating, modifying, and deleting user access as needed.• Monitoring and Reporting: Continuously monitor system performance and generate reports on system usage and security incidents as needed.• Technical Support: Provide technical support to administrators, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems.• Best Practice Implementation: Develop and enforce security best practices and procedures related to the Brivo system.• Training: Conduct training sessions for new Red Cross regional Administrators on how to procedurally and effectively use the Brivo Enterprise system.• Compliance: Ensure the system complies with all relevant internal IT security standards and regulations.• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of changes and upgrades to system configurations and procedures.• Liaison: Regular liaison with the Brivo Professional Services Team for design, implementation, or integration strategies to ensure optimization of the Brivo access control platform.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:• Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
