You will work closely with our team to ensure that every vehicle is safe and clean, and that our customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities* Clean and sanitize vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards* Vacuum and prepare vehicle interior per Complete Clean Pledge standards* Wash, clean, and dry the vehicle's exterior, including cars of different sizes, vans, and trucks* Check fuel level and warning lights, inspect windshield for damage, and factory reset/restore vehicle settings* Check fluid levels and add as needed, check tire condition, pressure, and tread depth, and inspect vehicle exterior for damage* Fuel and stage vehicle* Inspect vehicle for any safety concerns, report any warning lights and/or vehicle/windshield/tire damage, and pull vehicle out of the prep processing as necessary* Maintain a clean and orderly work area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions* Responsible for wearing proper personal protection equipment (PPE) and ensuring cleaning, detailing, washing, and sanitization supplies are available* Assist customers when needed, may transport customers to and from the branches* Help maintain overall site appearance, including general cleaning of interior and exteriors of branch locations* Site appearance responsibilities include: desktops, countertops, phones, floors, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping the lot, and any other miscellaneous tasks related to the daily cleanliness of the branch locationAdditional Responsibilities* Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training, and goal setting* Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality* Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assignedQualifications* Must be at least 18 years of age* Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past three years* No drug or alcohol-related conviction on driving record in the past five years* Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English* Must be willing to stand and walk (3-5 miles) for long periods of time* Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises* Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future* Must have at least six (6) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experienceBenefits* Competitive salary starting at $16/hour* Paid time off* Employee discount* 401(k) retirement plan* Health insurance* Life insurance* Dental insurance* Vision insurance* Training and development opportunities* A comprehensive benefits package to support your well-beingWork Environment* This position is based in Orlando, FL, and requires working in a fast-paced environment with moderate exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises.* Must be willing to stand and walk (3-5 miles) for long periods of time.* Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.How to ApplyIf you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
