You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, responding to client requests and questions, and ensuring that every client feels valued and supported throughout their travel experience. This is a full-time or part-time remote opportunity, offering flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities• Exemplify blithequark's Core Values and Mission Statement, living out our culture and values in every interaction with clients and teammates.• Foster teamwork and collaboration with teammates, maintaining a positive and professional attitude and being willing to lend support when needed.• Surprise and delight clients with innovative solutions and exceptional service, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.• Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as directed.• Manage flight changes and seat assignments, as well as concierge-related details such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations.• Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner.• Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, and advise clients on what should be printed and when.• Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required.• Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.• Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met.• Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies.• Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten our remote workplace culture and improve client outcomes.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to be a driven self-starter with a positive and proactive approach.
