Your primary responsibility will be to review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring high-quality standards and contributing to the quality control process. This is a full-time, permanent, and 100% remote opportunity, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home and enjoy a better work-life balance.Key Responsibilities• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the client, ensuring accuracy and quality in compliance with industry standards.• Perform credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, to support our healthcare clients.• Follow up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications, utilizing strong communication skills to resolve any discrepancies or issues.• Verify information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details, ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data.• Perform additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.Qualifications and RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:• At least 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role, although this is not essential for the right candidate.• Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, with great communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.• Able to support a work-from-home setup, with a reliable internet connection of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.Preferred QualificationsWhile not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:• Previous experience in data entry, credentialing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.• Familiarity with online databases and software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve discrepancies and issues in a timely and effective manner.Career Growth and DevelopmentAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
