We are now seeking an experienced and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst, Data Activation, to support our mission of delivering data-driven success.About the RoleAs an Analyst, Data Activation, you will be responsible for supporting the Audience Modeling and Data Science team's incoming data-driven requests from various Disney Advertising Sales teams. This role requires a unique blend of analytical, technical, and business skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will have a base understanding of the media landscape and how data can drive better results through improved ad targeting. This position functions both as a consultant and as a high-level data analyst, providing support and guidance to our clients and internal stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Field data-driven sales requests for our agency and client partners in response to their RFIs and RFPs, providing timely and effective solutions to meet their needs.• Communicate market and client needs based on campaign performance, client feedback, and industry trends to the rest of the Audience Model and Data Science team, driving the conception and prioritization of data capabilities and revenue-driving opportunities.• Assist in troubleshooting issues with technology platforms, including BlueKai, LiveRamp, Clypd, GAM, Tableau, Neustar, and Salesforce, to ensure seamless data flow and analysis.• Provide expertise in data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting, using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization reporting tools like Tableau.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and improve data-driven decision-making.• Focus on continuous process improvement through automation and increased efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline data workflows and enhance data quality.• Assist with education and sales support on Audience Modeling and Data Science data capabilities, helping to grow and diversify revenue through targeted and effective advertising solutions.Essential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and analytical skills, including:• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field of study, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or economics.• At least 2 years of experience in a role requiring knowledge of cross-platform data-driven ad business, data science, analytics, research, ad-tech, and/or mar-tech.• Strong experience working with Excel and moderate experience with PowerPoint or Keynote, as well as experience using data visualization reporting tools like Tableau.• Some exposure to various data platforms, such as LiveRamp, Neustar, or Oracle, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• A passion for technology and a desire to learn and apply new technical concepts to drive business growth and improvement.Preferred QualificationsIn addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess:• Experience in a consulting environment or client-facing environment, with a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to provide effective solutions.• A strong understanding of the media landscape and how data can drive better results through improved ad targeting.• Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, as well as programming languages like Python or R.• A certification in data science or a related field, such as Google Analytics or Tableau.• A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your analytical and technical skills, as well as your ability to communicate complex data insights effectively.Career Growth Opportunities and Learning BenefitsAt Workwarp, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development, both personally and professionally.
