Your primary function will be to interface with customers and internal parties via email, phone, chat, and case management tools. This is a full remote job opportunity, available from the EMEA region, and we offer flexible working solutions that allow you to work from home two days a week.Key Responsibilities• Handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email from customers and/or internal parties in a professional and timely manner.• Manage orders, including order entry, price checking, and order clearing, ensuring compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures.• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner, applying established policies and procedures.• Coordinate delivery and billing, including multiple product lines and respective sequencing of project orders to fulfill external customer projects.• Provide assistance to sales functions across EMEA and external customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, customer service requests, and account management.• Resolve problems by applying established policies, procedures, and tactics, using proactive communication across internal networks of multiple product lines.• Foster an environment that promotes blithequark's goals and philosophy, encourages continuous improvement, and builds strong customer relationships.Qualifications and SkillsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A Bachelor's degree (BSC/BA) in a relevant field.• 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a similar industry.• Fluent German language skills, with a minimum B2 level in English.• Basic MS Office skills, with knowledge of SAP/Oracle or any case management tool being an advantage.• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), a customer service attitude, strong attention to detail, punctuality, and a problem-solving mindset.Essential Competencies• Customer Focus : Ability to understand and meet customer needs, providing exceptional service and support.• Communication : Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.• Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective remedies.• Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers, building strong relationships and fostering a positive work environment.Career Growth and DevelopmentAt blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
