After 90 days of successful performance and adherence to our standards, you will have the opportunity to transition into a remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.Key Responsibilities:• Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.• Utilize standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to navigate through our systems and provide accurate information to customers.• Follow established policies and procedures, including reading pre-scripted responses verbatim to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.• Assist customers with filling out applications and submitting them electronically for processing.• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call logs and documentation of call details.• Work effectively within established key performance indicators and metrics to ensure high-quality service delivery.Essential Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:• A high school diploma or equivalent.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to speak and read English clearly and fluently.• A minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute.• Proficiency in using personal computers and the Windows operating system.• Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications:While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable:• Previous experience in a customer service or contact center environment.• Knowledge of contact center technology and software applications.• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.What We Offer:At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
