As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. This is a 6-month contract position with a high potential for extension, offering a competitive pay rate of $18.83 per hour on a W2 contract.Key Responsibilities• Interact with customers to provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner• Determine the client's issue, offer possible solutions, and provide follow-up as needed• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills• Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions takenEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A high school diploma or GED• 0-2 years of customer service-related experience, particularly in high call volume environments• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information• Proficiency in computer software navigation and dual screens• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex calls, demonstrate critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsWhile not mandatory, the following skills and experience are preferred:• A pharmacy background• Bi-lingual candidates who speak Hmong, Spanish, or MienWork Environment and Company CultureAt blithequark, we pride ourselves on our commitment to employee satisfaction and growth.
